Most recently, she led the HashiCorp Cloud Platform organization, delivering infrastructure products as managed services to a global customer base. As Director of Engineering at HashiCorp, she spearheaded initiatives in enterprise readiness, multi-cloud enablement, and market expansion, ensuring the platform met the demands of large-scale, complex deployments.

Prior to HashiCorp, Lakshmi served as a Staff Engineer at Shutterfly, where she managed the platform services team responsible for powering the company’s most successful products. Her work across these roles reflects a strong ability to combine technical depth with organizational leadership, enabling teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and market-leading technology solutions.
